Don't need to add ESO if using it, can cut down a lot of cost with improving the quality for the user. surely it can pass SGS 16P and REACH84 test ,accord with EU ROHS statement and FDA rules, can be used in making all soft PVC products as: Agriculture film, packing film, artificial leather, slippers and sandals, rain boots, inflatable toy, soft tube, cable wire, medical bag and tube, ground mat and carpet, fire flight pipe, label, gloves, seal, tarpaulin,wallpaper etc.
